We served side dishes that were all my original recipes. The fresh Peach Salsa and Bar B Que Sauce we sold by the quart and often sold out before the day was over. My Grandchildren, Skylar, Brandon, Jamie and Nick Katz all worked at the Smokehouse. Earning their spending money. They all knew how to operate a cash register by the age of five years.
