Just in time for 4th of July Bar B Ques; My original Sauce was highly sought after.


__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Ron and I owned a Smokehouse in Brentwood, Ca. in the middle of “You Pick Orchards”, we smoked Ribs, Lamb, Duck, Chicken, Beef, Pork, Polish Sausage and Hot Dogs. We served side dishes that were all my original recipes. The fresh Peach Salsa and Bar B Que Sauce we sold by the quart and often sold out before the day was over. My Grandchildren, Skylar, Brandon, Jamie and Nick Katz all worked at the Smokehouse. Earning their spending money. They all knew how to operate a cash register by the age of five years. Some of their fondest childhood memories are of working with Grandma and Ron. Nick’s lady; Tiana Rogers asked me for this recipe, saying; “Nick says it is killer”.
